Viant is looking for a highly motivated Senior Technical Account Manager - IRIS.TV to support Data Partner and Ad Platform integrations across the programmatic video and CTV ecosystem. In accordance with the law, the range provided is Viant’s reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. Final title and compensation for the position will be based on several factors including work experience and education.
THE DAY-TO-DAY
Lead technical onboarding and integrations for publisher and data partners.
Manage day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting across CTV/OLV partners.
Oversee ad platform integrations, ensuring IRIS_ID/IRIS_CONTEXT availability across SSPs, DSPs, and ad servers.
Serve as the primary technical contact for Data Partners and Ad Platforms.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business Development teams to support adoption and partner success.
Maintain client-facing documentation and best practices for integrations.
Monitor enrichment performance, manage taxonomy ingestion, and provide QA.
GREAT TO HAVE
5–7 years of experience in programmatic ad tech, ideally in CTV/video.
2+ years in technical account management or solutions engineering.
Strong knowledge of programmatic video/CTV, DSPs/SSPs, and OpenRTB.
Hands-on experience with video CMS, ad-serving platforms, SSAI/CSAI, and major sell-side vendors.
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Proficiency in Excel; SQL and API (REST/GraphQL) experience a plus.
Bachelor’s degree required.Experience with SSPs/ad servers (e.g., GAM, FreeWheel, SpringServe) and DSPs (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk).
Familiarity with identity/privacy solutions (UID2, ID5, GDPR/CPRA).
Knowledge of VAST/VMAP, HLS/DASH, Prebid, IAS/DV/MOAT.
Strong documentation and process discipline.
