- Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Collect and develop content for grant proposals, reports, and stewardship materials.
- Compile service data, news stories, and testimonials to demonstrate mission impact and alignment.
- Maintain grant files, calendars, and compliance records to support fundraising and reporting efforts.

- Federal Work-Study eligibility through Chaminade
- Unfortunately, due to this requirement, Marianist Exchange Program participants from Chaminade's sister universities are ineligible to apply.

- Physical Requirements
This position may involve light physical activity in both indoor and outdoor settings. Successful candidates should be comfortable alternating between standing and sitting, as well as navigating stairs and sloped walkways. They should also be comfortable lifting and carrying up to 20 pounds. Strong motor skills and clear, effective communication are essential.
- Other Requirements
- This is a part-time, non-exempt employment position. Successful candidates may work up to 19 hours per week; however, employment is on an as-needed basis. Flexibility and a willingness to adapt to a varied schedule are essential.
