We are excited to introduce a newly created and key role within our HR team: Talent Acquisition Lead. From attracting high-caliber professionals, to designing a best-in-class onboarding experience, to ensuring offboarding leaves a lasting positive impression, this role will shape how people experience our culture at every stage of their employment.
The Talent Acquisition Lead will be hands-on in designing and delivering solutions while partnering broadly across the business. Success requires a collaborative mindset and a team-first approach, working seamlessly with leaders, HR peers, and employees to advance our people strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Strategy
· Partner with leaders to anticipate hiring needs, develop workforce plans, and design creative sourcing strategies.
· Lead full-cycle recruitment for key positions across all functions.
· Strengthen our employer brand and presence in the marketplace.
Onboarding Excellence
· Reimagine and enhance the new hire onboarding experience, ensuring it is structured, engaging, and aligned to company culture.
· Partner with cross-functional teams to provide a seamless transition for new employees from offer through their first 90 days.
Offboarding Experience
· Develop and deliver a thoughtful offboarding process that is professional, respectful, and yields valuable insights through exit interviews and data analysis.
· Translate offboarding feedback into actionable recommendations for retention and engagement.
Collaboration & Partnership
· Serve as a trusted advisor to managers, providing guidance on talent market trends, best practices, and selection decisions.
· Share insights and collaborate closely with HR peers and business leaders to deliver consistent and effective talent practices.
· Provide data and reporting on talent acquisition activity and workforce metrics to leadership.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
· 5+ years of progressive recruiting and/or HR experience, with exposure to onboarding or employee lifecycle initiatives.
· Proven ability to work effectively as a standalone lead while fostering collaboration across teams.
· Strong project management and process improvement skills.
· Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
· Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
