JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Inside Sales Program Coordinator position is based in the UVI Miami office. The primary responsibility of this position is to assist the Business Development Managers with day-to-day needs and requirements. The Sales Programs Coordinator will assist in project leads for the outside sales team, market products by developing and implementing sales programs and campaigns; maintain promotional materials and inventory; preparing reports, assist in the efforts of the Senior Inside Sales Manager, Sales Leadership team and the Business Development Managers team by providing marketing, sales, and customer support.
This position will work closely with the Senior Inside Sales Manager and the Sales leadership team, to assist in the creation, implementation, and management of effective marketing programs to drive revenue and measure campaign and program results. The Sales Programs Coordinator will work cross-functionally with the various departments to ensure the continual improvement of our organization and product/programs.
This individual must be personable; able to multi-task in order to achieve results as a team; self –directed; detail oriented; excels at critical thinking and maintains a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction. JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist Business Development Managers with administrative paperwork (TBA by leadership).
- Assist with communication from corporate office to Business Development Managers.
- Assist Business Development Mangers by distributing new collateral, supplies and equipment.
- Assist in answering calls and emails from the Business Development Mangers to assist their advisors.
- Liaison between CRM and Unique Vacations
- Update and verify accuracy of CRM Program.
- Aid and train sales team as needed
- Assign new accounts in Infor to appropriate Business Development Manager
- Provide weekly reports as needed by management.
- Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with marketing and creative services departments; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.
- Participate in weekly regional conference calls.
- Create and maintain monthly sales reports for Inside Sales Senior Management.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure marketing efforts and communications are current and effective.
- Tracks promotional materials effectiveness and usage thru communication with the sales team and travel agent community.
- Research competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases.
- May be required to attend Regional, Cluster and Global Sales meetings (local and International).
- May be required to attend meetings on behalf of the Sales Department, Inside Sales Manager or Director of Sales Operations.
- Assist in ongoing demand generation marketing efforts including, but not limited to, marketing team collaboration and coordination, campaign setup, content and collateral development, event support, sales coordination and communication and reporting.
- Work both independently and collaboratively with the marketing, sales and management teams as well as effectively with cross-functional counterparts to develop and implement marketing campaigns and lead generation programs.
- Assist with special projects and responsibilities as requested under the direction of VP of Trade Sales.
- Ensure that polices are adhered and has a thorough knowledge of company policies and procedures.
- Assist with answering incoming calls from the Inside Sales Loop (800-SANDALS) as needed.
- Other duties, tasks and assignments, as needed or required.
- Ability to travel and must be flexible with hours since this may require evening / weekends.
- May be asked to cover for a BDM at a weekend event; may receive an incentive.

Qualifications include:
• Excellent Customer service skills
• Computer literate – Microsoft Office
• Sales experience preferred
• Knowledge of travel industry preferred
• Knowledge of Oracle

EXPERIENCE:
Outlined below are the academic qualifications and length and type of experience deemed necessary by Unique Vacations Inc. in order to perform the role of Sales Programs Coordinator competently.
Education: Associates degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school.
Experience: Six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education & experience.
