Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities
- Enter, review, and verify customer orders for accuracy, including part numbers, quantities, pricing, and delivery details.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding product availability, order status, shipment tracking, and lead times.
- Maintain and update customer account records in company systems.
- Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Research and resolve order discrepancies by working with vendors, internal departments, and customers.
- Provide clear and professional communication to customers via phone and email.
- Monitor back orders, special orders, and warranties, keeping customers informed of progress.
- Document order activity according to company procedures.
- Support process improvements, special projects, and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Skills and Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required. Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
- 1–3 years of customer service, order entry, or related administrative support experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to navigate order management systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Solid problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Professional and positive customer service orientation; works well both independently and in a team environment.

Compensation and Benefits:
Range: $47-66k
