SUMMARY
Employees will use their skill set to count, verify and organize all products. They must be safely driven and motivated to ensure all their assigned tasks are completely safe and timely. Daily tasks may include long periods of time walking, stooping, lifting or operating equipment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES will include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Certified to operate a Stock Picker, Rech Truck or both.
- Using material handling equipment, store or retrieve products in a safe manner.
- Cycle count throughout the warehouse by verifying part number, counting the total number of pcs actually in the location and verifying the location the product is physically stored per the RF scanner or count sheet provided.
- Reading small prints for verification of product numbers.
- Ability to count small and large products stored in low bay and high bay locations.
- Meet or exceed production requirement safely on a consistent basis.
- Be a dedicated and consistent team player helping OB to meet or exceed the required KPIs set by MAHLE leaders.
- To be SAFETY oriented to achieve site safety goals.
- Conduct daily SAFETY inspections of equipment and report all maintenance issues or any concerns immediately to your Supervisor or Manager.
- Other duties may be assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Must be able to work in fast paced environment. Must have good driving and safety record. Employees must have the ability to operate material handling equipment. Must be comfortable working at heights up to 25 feet for various material handling positions.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School diploma or GED equivalent. Previous experience or Proof of Forklift Certification Preferred. Basic knowledge of internal engine parts preferred.

Must be able to drive Order Picker / Reach.
Cycle count with RF scanner / paper.
Store and/or retrieve product using material handling equipment.
Maintain production requirements on a consistent basis.
Work with and display a team concept approach at all times.
Perform daily inspection of equipment and report all maintenance problems daily.
