Summary
Supervises, trains, disciplines, and hires all front office staff. Understands all aspects of the Property Management System and is able to resolve any issue involving guests, team members, or PMS. Coordinates and works well with housekeeping and facilities teams to ensure maximum guest service.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Serve as Bench Manager to all Hotel Departments.

Supervisory Responsibilities
- Supervises, trains, disciplines, and hires all front office teams and PBX/Call Center teams.
- Employ positive communication skills and exercise professional interpersonal abilities (tact, diplomacy, and respect) with guests and co-workers at all times.
- Maintain a high level of organization, including an orderly and neat work area and excellent time management skills, leading to the highest levels of productivity. Participate in open communication and provide feedback to management regarding operations, staffing, personal development, and operational productivity.
- Understands all aspects of the Property Management System and is able to resolve any issue involving guests, team members, or PMS.
- Maintains proper staffing levels.
- Makes rate and occupancy recommendations and maintains reports and charts for same.
- Coordinates with Executive Housekeeper and other housekeeping team members as needed.
- Coordinates with Sales teams to ensure maximum hotel efficiency.
- Serve as a contributing Team Member of the Soboba Band of Luiseño Indians enhancing the Casino’s operations in all its business endeavors.
- Maintains room inventory control through room blocks and group blocks.
- Understand and recommend yield management for maximum revenue and occupancy.
- Delegates to supervisors and team as appropriate.
Education / Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age, or older.
- Bachelor Degree in hospitality or related business or any combination of education preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of Hospitality Supervisory/Management experience required.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be able to provide evidence of eligibility to work in the United States of America.
