Responsibilities
- Prepare and produce all food items for the assigned venue, ensuring timely completion.
- Adhere to and execute all recipes, portioning standards, cooking methods, and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation for all menu items.
- Ensure proper storage of all food products in coolers and holding cabinets to prevent spoilage and waste.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment and uphold all cleanliness standards for kitchen equipment and tools.
- Promote a fun, friendly, quick, comfortable, clean, and safe environment.
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or GED is required, along with a minimum of one year of related experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
- Must have the ability to obtain a food handler's card.
- The ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs is required.
- The flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, is essential.
