Responsibilities will include:
- Proactively and upon request provides advice, coaching and oversight to resolution for issues such as investigations, performance management and attendance management.
- Responds to Team Members inquiries regarding Policies and Procedures.
- Fields, investigates and resolve team member identified issues, concerns and complaints.
- Facilitates training programs and meetings as required.
- Partners with team members in the submission of claims to WCB and insurance providers.
- Contact for disability management matters
- Works with stakeholders to facilitate proactive and respectful return to work plans.
We are ideally seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
Minimum five years of HR experience
Thorough knowledge of Alberta Employment Standards and Human Rights
Thorough knowledge of OH&S legislation.
Investigation and interview experience
Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
