Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will play a key role in the conversion of PLS policies into the Masterpiece system. Key responsibilities include:
- Policy Conversion:
Accurately transferring policy information from various systems, including PLS, PRS Flood, ODEN, OARS, Agent Portal, ABIZ, Masterpiece, SharePoint, shared drives, and supporting process documents, into the Masterpiece system. - Collaboration:
Working closely with both onshore and offshore team members to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time. - Attention to Detail:
Managing unique tasks that require a high level of precision, analytical skills, and the ability to process information accurately. - Adaptability:
Thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where processes and requirements may change. Flexibility and focus are essential. - Processing Guidelines:
Understanding and effectively applying processing guidelines to deliver high-quality results for insured clients and agents. - Self-Learning:
Demonstrating confidence in self-learning to navigate new systems or processes as they arise during the project.
