Essential Responsibilities:

  • Drive to properties to conduct cleaning inspections
  • Cleaning when necessary
  • Communicate damages, repair and service requests via our work order system
  • Check stocking levels
  • Comply with health and safety regulations and act in line with company policies, procedures and standards
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven working experience in relevant field
  • Ability to work independently and remain motivated
  • Attention to detail
  • Great customer service and professionalism
  • Time management skills
  • Effective communicator
  • Punctual to work and great attendance
  • Dependable transportation
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays to support business needs
  • Valid drivers license and clear driving record

Desired Skills & Competencies:

  • Experience within the field preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word via email and verbally
  • Frequent twisting, bending, stooping, reaching, pulling, walking, standing, and the ability to climb several steps
  • Exert 50+ pounds of force occasionally, use your arms and legs, and stand most of the time
  • Have close visual acuity to perform activities such as analyzing data, viewing a computer terminal, reading, and preparing documentation
  • Subject to internal and external environmental conditions
