- Oversee and manage all internet leads, ensuring timely responses and high levels of customer engagement.
- Supervise and support internet sales consultants, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to achieve sales targets.
- Develop strategies to maximize lead conversion rates and drive internet sales performance.
- Provide training and support to the internet sales staff and assist in closing deals
- Build and maintain meaningful customer relationships, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
- Stay updated on product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies to support the team and enhance the customer experience.

- Maintain appropriate levels of customer service and client retention by resolving customer complaints or concerns immediately and appropriately.
- Required: At least 2 years of experience as an Internet Sales Director or Manager in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- You must have a valid California Vehicle Salesperson License
- The estimated annual earnings for this position are $150,000.00 - $300,000.00 after factoring in all forms of compensation including salary, commissions, bonuses, etc.
- Employees in this position will receive a base salary of approximately $6,000.00 per month, plus commissions and bonuses based on performance.
