WHAT YOU’LL DO

DAILY OPERATIONS:
· Positive attitude throughout the workday and maintains composure through adverse situations
· A sense of urgency and strong work ethic to address any facility or stewarding needs that may arise
· Assist Operations Lead with Porter area set-up
· Ensures sanitizer set up in the Porter area is set to health department standards
· Review the event timeline with the Operations Lead. Attends event lineup when possible
· Assist the culinary department with plate-up services during breakfast, lunch, dinner, and throughout the event
· Maintains a clean and organized porter station
· Assist operations with the download and pack up of company equipment and client rentals
· Assures the company or client rentals are carefully placed back in the rack they were received
· Follows safe food handling and sanitation standards
· Cleans work area as needed, including equipment, floors, and walls
· Removes trash from the Porter area and places trash in the designated area
· Follows through on assigned tasks by the Operations Manager
· Compliance with health and safety standards
· Communicates with team members in a positive manner


Education, Training, and Experience

· Ability to work a schedule including mornings and evenings
· Must be 16 years or older
· Reliable source of transportation
· Preferred working knowledge of food handling, food sanitation, and safety
· Able to lift 20-40lbs as needed
