Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Associate to join our Commercial Partnerships team. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter with 3-5 years of experience in sports, entertainment, or media partnerships to contribute directly to the growth and expansion of the Dude Perfect brand. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in identifying new partnership opportunities, supporting the sales process, and fostering strong relationships with brands that align with our values.

What You'll Do:

  • Partnership Identification & Prospecting
    • Actively research and identify potential brand partners across various industries, aligning with Dude Perfect's brand values and audience.
    • Develop compelling outreach strategies and materials to engage prospective partners.
  • Sales Support & Development
    • Assist in the preparation of sales collateral, proposals, and presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of partnering with Dude Perfect.
    • Support senior team members throughout the sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation.
    • Contribute to revenue reporting and forecasting, ensuring accuracy and strategic planning.
  • Relationship Management
    • Cultivate and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with existing and potential partners.
    • Coordinate with internal teams (content, marketing, legal) to ensure seamless execution of partnership activations.
  • Market Research & Analysis
    • Conduct market research and data analysis to identify industry trends, fan insights, and new opportunities for partnership growth.
    • Stay informed on competitor activities and best practices in sports and entertainment partnerships.
  • Activation & Execution Support
    • Assist with the planning and execution of in-market and in-arena activations, digital and social media campaigns, hospitality, and community programs for partners.
    • Monitor and optimize current partner campaigns across various channels.
  • Creative Problem Solving
    • Proactively identify challenges and develop innovative solutions to achieve partnership objectives.
    • Brainstorm creative ways to integrate partners into Dude Perfect content and experiences.

Who You Are:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in partnership sales, account management, or marketing within the sports, entertainment, or media industry.

  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint), and presentation tools.

Location: This position is located onsite at the all-new Dude Perfect HQ3 offices in Frisco, Texas (Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex). Remote candidates will not be considered for this position.
