Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver prompt, friendly service from start to finish.
• Clearly explain vehicle maintenance and repair needs to clients.
• Convert customer concerns into detailed work orders for our technicians.
• Keep customers up-to-date about service status and timelines.
• Participate in ongoing training for new products and services.
• Build relationships through follow-ups and encourage repeat business.
• Ensure all work meets top safety and quality standards.
• Address and resolve customer issues to uphold high satisfaction scores (CSI).
• Provide shuttle/transportation support as needed.

Requirements

 Qualifications

• Genuine passion for customer service and satisfaction.
• Comfort with basic computer programs (for scheduling, billing, and follow-ups).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic math skills for billing and payments.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Positive, motivated attitude and strong team spirit.
