As we expand our IT team, we’re looking for a talented IT Support / Helpdesk Technician to keep our systems running smoothly and support our business initiatives.


The Role


Are you a hands-on IT professional who thrives on solving problems and supporting users? In this role, you’ll provide comprehensive IT support across our organization—from computer systems and networks to phone systems and business applications like Sage and CRM programs. You’ll work independently, collaborate with Facilities and vendors, and occasionally travel (~25%) to our South Carolina facility.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests via phone, email, and ticketing system.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, phone system, and network issues for on-site and remote users.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computers, mobile devices, printers, and related equipment.
  • Support Microsoft 365, Windows environments, and Sage ERP systems.
  • Manage company phone systems (VoIP, PBX), including setup, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination.
  • Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and user guides.
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding, account setup, access management, and user training.
  • Support system upgrades, security patches, and process improvements in collaboration with Facilities and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, cybersecurity standards, and IT best practices.
     

Requirements

 Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field—or equivalent experience.  
  • 5+ years of IT support/helpdesk experience, with the ability to work independently.  
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals.  
  • Experience supporting phone systems (VoIP, PBX).  
  • Familiarity with Sage ERP or similar business applications.  
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.  
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and deliver strong customer service.  
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25% to our South Carolina facility.
