The General Coordinator of Employee Relations works in collaboration with the YUL Human Resources and Operations team, ensuring effective communication with unionized employees and managing several administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage various administrative processes related to human resources, including terminations, new hires, transfers between airports, and HR data.
- Assist employees with their various requests and support other coordinators in their respective mandates, for example, in managing occasional absences.
- Develop and implement a customer service structure for unionized employees.
Education, Experience and aptitude
- Bilingual (French and English) required.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in human resources.
- Work experience in a generalist position in a federal, unionized environment.
- Post-secondary education in human resources or labor relations, or equivalent work experience.
