Purpose and Mission
The Market Analyst will play a key role in driving data-informed marketing strategies by analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and campaign performance. This position involves collecting and interpreting data, generating actionable insights, and supporting the marketing team in optimizing campaigns to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and proficient in leveraging data to enhance marketing efforts.
Key Activities and Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret marketing data from various sources, including customer databases, using advanced analytics tools such as Power BI, Google Analytics, and AI-driven analytics platforms to derive actionable insights.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape, leveraging AI-powered tools (e.g., predictive analytics or sentiment analysis platforms) and traditional market research methodologies to inform marketing strategies.
- Provide portfolio and value solutions product sales support, utilizing CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics) and AI-based forecasting tools to optimize sales strategies and customer engagement.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, product, supply chain) to align marketing initiatives with business goals, integrating data from digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) and AI-enhanced marketing automation tools.
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness through data-driven recommendations, utilizing machine learning models or AI analytics tools to optimize campaign performance and targeting.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in marketing analytics, including advancements in AI, data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and marketing automation software. Provide insight and recommendations to the team.
- Apply understanding of brand management and content marketing analytics, using tools like Google Analytics, Power BI, and AI-driven content optimization platforms to measure and enhance brand performance.
- Certifications in Analytics, Data Science, or related fields (e.g., Power BI certification, Google Analytics certification, or AI for Marketing courses) are a plus.
- Review and analyze data from legislative software that impacts our business.

Previous Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or a related role.
Qualifications and Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or a related role.
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Excel or other software for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM systems like Microsoft or Salesforce).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
