Position Summary:

What will you do?

· Legal Counsel will involve providing general and special legal advice to business.

· Develop and maintain expert knowledge in relevant Company principles, processes, tools, and best practices; current and forthcoming external requirements (can include International, Regional or Local regulations) and current/emerging market trends and practices within area of expertise.

· Provide expert advice proactively and on request, which may include advising on appropriate solutions for complex or unique issues.

· Ensure on-going compliance with defined company processes and procedures, relevant legislation and external regulations and predefined agreements.

· Build and develop effective engagement and relationships with key stakeholders to influence optimal business decisions.

· Complete tasks independently

· Share knowledge with peers and management.

· Support/ coordinate with peers within the department or deliver training to internal customers

· Initiate and lead projects, including cross functional projects.

· Support management with analysis, interpretation, and application of complex information, contributing to the achievement of divisional and corporate goals.

You will be a great fit if you have:

· Qualification : Specific business accreditation with minimum Bachelor of Law qualification

· Experience : 3-5 years law firm or in-house legal experience. Digital experience, IT,AI.

· Relevant Technical skill : Accuracy and attention to detail, influencing & persuasion skills, analytical skills and problem-solving skills, written and verbal communication skills
