Monitors and tracks ATM, Self-Checkout, printer and other equipment and system functionality. Responds to system alerts, notifying customers, users and / or technicians as required. Researches and isolates causes of system / operational issues. Ensures timely and appropriate response to all noted issues, communicating outages and restorations to relevant parties.
Responsibilities
- Performs daily reviews of ATM, Self-Checkout, printer and other equipment management platforms, scanning reports for: Offline ATMs, validator and printer jams, Self-Checkout malfunctions and inoperability notifications, Other maintenance needs.
- Reviews internal notifications from customer service teams to underpin troubleshooting and / or dispatch a field technician.
- Opens and manages service calls to completion within the same day or according to other resolution standards.
- Reviews and assesses ATM camera angles on a regular basis to ensure customer images are captured in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Reviews product (ATM, Self-checkout, printer, etc).
- performance for chronic issues, performing root cause analysis to restore products to optimal uptime.
- Liaises with customers to maintain business partnerships and reduce escalations.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Education or equivalent work experience required.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Remote Monitoring.
- Good communication skills and preferably business English skills (Written and spoken).
