What we are looking for:

  • Must be at least 18 years old with supervisory experience in a high-volume theatre, cinema, retail, or hospitality setting.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Eager to learn new skills, tasks, and software to meet evolving industry demands.
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs; work involves standing, walking, and occasional sitting.
  • Ability to obtain food handling licenses as required by local/state laws. 
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; business or marketing coursework preferred.

What you will be doing:

  • Lead daily theatre operations including staffing, scheduling, cash handling, and opening/closing procedures.
  • Train, coach, and develop associates while fostering a positive and service-driven environment.
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and monitor cleanliness, maintenance, and safety across all areas.
  • Operate and troubleshoot projection and sound equipment, as well as POS and other theatre systems.
  • Support hiring processes, orientation, and ongoing associate development.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, local laws, audit processes, and PCI regulations.
  • Handle guest concerns with professionalism, ensuring positive service recovery and managing theatre communications.
  • Analyze business trends to drive sales, optimize schedules, and support corporate initiatives.
