Description
- Responsible for daily inspection of equipment to ensure safe operation, food safety and performance specifications.
- Employee is responsible for communicating any issues with safety, Food safety plan or and production limitations with the management team.
- Operator will monitor raw material bins, flow ways and all finished storage bins, to ensure proper food safety and production efficiency.
- Must monitor all mechanical systems to report any safety, food safety plan or mechanical issues, and be able to react accordingly.
- Preforms all necessary housekeeping duties in assigned areas.
- May have to assist maintenance.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
- Must be capable of communicating in both oral and written formats.
- Must have an understanding of the fundamental principles of manufacturing.
- Must possess effective communication skills.
