- Provides administrative support to the Marketing Director by maintaining calendar on a daily basis, assists with meeting coordination and agendas, completes expense reports, filing, and faxing. Maintains and updates team Organizational Charts.
- Coordinates overhead projects including printing event packets, newsletters, mailers, receiving RSVPs for marketing events, seminar registrations, confirmation letters, data entry, and assists with various marketing-related activities, when requested.
- Assists with any office needs including filing, making copies, faxes, mailings, ordering supplies, answering the phones, etc.
- Completes assigned tasks in a timely manner in order to meet deadlines.
- Shares a multitude of responsibilities with fellow management support employees to ensure a smooth operation of the daily office responsibilities.
- One to two yearsadministrative experience.
- associate’s degreeand/or two to three years’ work experience in the health care arena. (Preferred)
- Knowledge of printproduction (Preferred)
