About the Role: Clinical Recruiter
As a Clinical Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in sourcing and recruiting clinical talent, and implementing the organization’s strategies related to talent acquisition. This role collaborates closely with the People and Culture team to define and implement new sourcing opportunities, continuously improving WesleyLife’s ability to attract, hire, and retain exceptional individuals.
As a Clinical Recruiter you will:
- Full Recruitment Cycle: Conduct the full recruitment cycle for assigned roles and locations, collaborating with hiring leaders. Establish sourcing strategies, conduct phone screens, move qualified candidates through the recruitment process, and partner with hiring leaders on the offer process.
- Candidate Experience: Manage the overall candidate experience, ensuring the recruitment process is attractive, responsive, and timely. Answer questions for candidates related to the relevant aspects of the position, participate in realistic job previews when needed, and assure applicants / candidates have the necessary information regarding the work experience, benefits, compensation, etc. Collaborate with P&C and hiring leaders while ensuring alignment with talent acquisition standards and goals.
- Sourcing Tactics: Implement effective sourcing tactics, including internal and external methods to reach passive candidates. Consult with the People and Culture team to enhance presence through job fairs, open hiring systems, and social media.
- Partnership Collaborations: Support partnerships with external groups to increase the candidate pipeline. Collaborate with local, regional, and state efforts, including high school and college partnerships, community groups, and grant-funded projects, as requested.
- Metrics Tracking: Track metrics related to sourcing and selection, including time to fill, interview-to-hire conversion, and 90-day retention. Use data to improve hiring processes and outcomes. Collaborate with team members to implement changes for positive results.
Open Shift Available:
- Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
Qualifications:
- Three or more years of prior experience in a recruitment-related area with prior experience in developing sourcing and recruitment strategies beyond the daily recruitment tactical processes. A degree is preferred, but not required.
- Must show full knowledge of recruitment compliance with the ability to tie their work to the organization's strategies. Prior experience in a health care or hospitality company is highly preferred.
- Must demonstrate the ability to effectively consult, influence and negotiate changes on matters related to the recruitment cycle. They must be a champion of change demonstrating proactive, future-focused problem-solving skills.
