Under moderate supervision, responsible for compiling, editing, submitting, and ensuring compliance and ad hoc reporting. Additionally, interprets and analyzes information related to institutional metrics yielding actionable information to guide decisions in wide-ranging areas.
Responsibilities
- Compile, collect, and report data to ensure institutional compliance.
- Manipulate, analyze, and interpret data to internal and external constituencies to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Collaborates with stakeholders to understand data needs and provide customized reports.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by conducting regular quality checks.
- Assist in designing and implementing data collection processes to improve data quality and completeness.
- Creates with limited to no supervision algorithms to merge data into new datasets.
- Create, modify, or improve data visualizations to help communicate data insights effectively.
- Performs professional improvement by staying updated with industry best practices and trends in professional field.
- May support leadership in providing guidance and support to lower-level analysts.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in manipulating and analyzing data from diverse sources, including complex datasets, to identify reporting requirements and develop design specifications.
- Knowledgeable in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies; adept at using statistical software like SPSS, SAS, or similar analytical tools.
- Experience in maintaining and/or constructing dashboards using visualization software like PowerBI and Tabeau.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information and offer basic educational support.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a varied group of colleagues within a diverse and dynamic team.
EDUCATION:
Bachelors Degree required.

- Front-loaded Paid Time Off: 128 to 208 hours (16 to 26 days) of Paid Time Off based on years of service, given at the start of each fiscal year. PTO may be prorated in year one based on date of hire.
