Bilingual Credit agent | Full-time chez Iceberg Finance Group

iFinance Canada Inc. is a national consumer financing company that offered an array of financing to Canadians since 1996. This dynamic, growing organization is currently recruiting for a Bilingual Credit Agent. We are looking to grow our team with people who share our energy and enthusiasm for creating the best experience for our customers. 

This position is a great opportunity to build on existing customer service skills as well as to learn consumer credit profile decision-making. Fine tune your multi-tasking abilities, while developing your communication and problem-solving skills. You'll also be able to use both French and English languages daily in this fantastic team environment.

Key responsibilities of the position include:

• Support approvers in the analysis of credit files;
• Inbound/outbound calls to complete customer files;
• Responding to customer calls and emails;
• Data entry of customer files;
• Credit adjudication (training provided);
• Providing superior professional service to valued clients.

• Fluent in both English and French – proficiency assessment will be required
