As a Senior Quality Analyst with the Data Remediation Operations Support team, you will be a part of PNC's Data Policy Oversight & Assurance team within the Data and Automation/Technology - Operations Management group. This position will be located in Rocky Mount, North Carolina.This position requires strong analytical and critical thinking skills, leadership skills, oral and written communications skills as well as demonstrate initiative, forward thinking and be a self-starter.
This individual will be a key contributor in the success of the Data Problem Management and Data Remediation Frameworks with heavy focus on creation, development and maintenance of support needs for both workstreams. Strong focus will be networking and partnering with the Data Problem Management and Data Remediation teams to ensure day to day internal operations procedures are documented for our internal teams to complete their assignments. They will need to learn the processes at a detail level in order to be able to document the steps. This individual will support the in depth job duties related to the Data Remediation projects and reporting.
This individual will also be heavily involved in the management of the Active Data Management concept (Data Problem Management/Data Remediation) related to the progress and escalation of problems/remediation procedures.

Job Description
- Assists in the execution of a quality control program within a defined department of the organization. Under supervision, enables adherence with quality management programs. Assists in the execution of the quality program, identifying opportunities for enhancement where applicable. Supports the development and continuous improvement of the quality management system.
- Generates reports for distribution to various users in the organization, customers, or suppliers.
- Leads quality improvement initiatives; works to develop and improve quality levels; provides training, coaching and feedback. Provides conclusions and recommendations for issues and/or continuous improvement projects.
- Conducts quality analysis; identifies systemic issues, executes on effective root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Supports the development of quality assurance strategies, processes, guidelines and control plans which assure quality and reliability of products and services.
