Major/Essential Functions
- Direct and manage all College of Arts and Sciences marketing, advertising, public relations, communications campaigns, and multimedia projects.
- Strategically lead and deploy consistent messaging and marketing campaigns to target audiences, including but not limited to, College of Arts and Sciences alumni, donors, prospective students, and internal constituencies.
- Develop an overall college communication strategy and build cross channel marketing campaigns that advance the interests of the college including research, fundraising, student enrollment, key media coverage, and related priorities.
- Manage and lead staff that includes but is not limited to Assistant Director of Marketing and Communications, Senior Designer, Media Relations Coordinator, Events Coordinator, and Assistant Director of Events & Alumni Relations.
- Coordinate the production of marketing materials associated with the college and its primary communications channels including the dedicated college website, social media channels, email marketing, and more.
- Interface and build rapport with College of Arts and Sciences administration, faculty, staff, alumni, and students, as well as with TTU’s central Office of Marketing & Communications.
- Management and content planning of all official College of Arts and Sciences print and digital communications channels.
- Provide communications and marketing support to alumni relations, development, and recruiting teams, including in the form of event planning, communications campaigns, and management.
- Provide internal communications support to the Office of the Dean.
