Title: Production Specialist/ Receiver

Job Summary

Our goal is to provide customers with products and solutions that will improve their profitability and competitive advantage, while reducing risk and simplifying their lives.  We are seeking qualified candidates to join our team in a General Production role at our plant in Mankato, MN.  

This full-time rotating shift work position will operate forklifts, automated equipment, load and unload bulk trucks, mix and pellet, along with some general maintenance responsibilities.

Qualifications/Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in grain handling or manufacturing environment
• Commitment to work in a safe manner and follow OSHA standards
• Good computer and math skills
• Be able to read and follow procedures
• Complete required paperwork
• Forklift experience
• Work well in a team environment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry at least 50 lbs.
• Work in natural climate conditions
• Climb ladders, stairs and be physically active throughout the shift
• Ability to drive semi tractor trailers on lot including backing into dock
