ITC is a Woman Owned Small Business delivering exceptional consultation to the U.S. Government in Systems/Software Engineering, Cybersecurity Solutions, Mission Operations/INTEL Analysis, and Management Services in order to enable our customers to solve the most challenging problems. With continued growth comes opportunity, and we are currently searching for a Top Secret SCI with polygraph-cleared Entry Level, Mid-Level or Senior-level Systems Engineer with the following skills:


Responsibilities:

Analyzes user's requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications. Analyzes system requirements and leads design and development activities. Guides users in formulating requirements, advises alternative approaches, and conducts feasibility studies. Provides technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology. Incorporates new plans, designs and systems into ongoing operations. Develops technical documentation. Develops system Architecture and system design documentation. Guides system development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of system engineering management plans and system integration and test plans. Interacts with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues or conflicts. Ultimate responsibility for the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables associated with the Systems Engineering area of responsibility. Communicates with other program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives.


****** Experienced hardware engineer. Knowledge of field-programmable gate arrays (FPGAs). Knowledge of ModelSim, for VHSIC hardware description language (VHDL) or Verilog HDL coding and simulations, and Xilinx tools. Nice to have, but not required: Software languages (Java, C, C++, Ruby on Rails) and operation systems (Unix, Linux, Windows). 


  • Schedule requested evaluations submitted from vendors
  • Receive, unpack, and set-up submitted commercial equipment for evaluation
  • Review equipment documentation and manuals – this equipment is referring to secure destruction/storage device sanitation equipment from industry (such as paper shredders, hard drive disintegrators, etc.) that is evaluated by C2562 (using in-house labs) to assess compliance with NSA/DoD standards and criteria for secure destruction.
  • Select appropriate evaluation SOP’s
  • Set-up appropriate tools and sensors to support evaluations – these are the tools and sensors needed to measure the performance of the secure destruction equipment being evaluated (such as sound and temperature sensors, microscope, sieves, etc.).
  • Operate equipment in order to perform defined performance and safety evaluation – similar to the bullet above, these are the tools used to evaluate the secure destruction/storage device sanitation equipment.
  • Collect technical data to support evaluation
  • Take photographs of equipment and residues from tests
  • Generate technical reports to document evaluation results
  • Review and update policies reference secure destruction
  • Respond to customer inquiries concerning policies and procedures

Requirements

  • TS/SCI with FS Poly required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
  • Twenty (20) years’ experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required. Demonstrated experience in planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts is required.
  • Bachelor ' s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
  • Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.

Many factors can influence final salary including, but not limited to relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. Final salary can also be influenced by a position’s geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories, and contract wage rates.


The salary Range for this position is: $150-$220k
