The Opportunity

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and creative Internal Communications Coordinator to join our award-winning team supporting the UKIMEA Region (UK, India, Middle East, and Africa). This is a fantastic opportunity to help shape how we engage with our people across diverse geographies, cultures, and business areas. You’ll be part of a collaborative internal communications team responsible for employee and executive communications, content creation and channel management, member engagement strategies, and strategic programme support.

You’ll work closely with the Internal Communications Manager and be professionally developed through the UKIMEA Marketing, Communications and Business Development (MCBD) network. If you’re passionate about storytelling, engagement, and making a difference through communication, we’d love to hear from you.

Is This Role Right for You?

You’ll bring fresh ideas, a curious mindset, and a willingness to experiment with new approaches to internal engagement. Whether you're experienced in internal communications or looking to grow in this space, we’re looking for someone who’s proactive, organised, and excited to contribute to a global team.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Teams) and familiarity with Canva

  • Ability to learn and use firm-specific tools like Poppulo and SharePoint

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise

  • Curious mindset and eagerness to engage across the business to drive impactful communications

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in internal communications within a matrixed organisation

  • Interest in sustainable development and the built environment
