Seasonal Snow Removal chez Tendit Job Opportunities

About the Role
As a Seasonal Snow Removal Crew Member with Tendit Group, you will be on the front line of keeping roads, parking lots, and public areas safe during the winter season. This is an in-town position requiring prior snow removal experience and proficiency in operating skid steers. Shifts typically run 5–10 hours depending on weather conditions.

What You Will Do:

• Operate snow removal equipment, including snow plows, snow blowers, and de-icing trucks, to clear snow and ice from Concourse C aprons and other airport surfaces.
• Apply de-icing chemicals to aircraft and airport surfaces to prevent ice formation and ensure safe operations.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on snow removal equipment to ensure its proper functioning and safety.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment and following traffic control guidelines.
• Assist in emergency response efforts as needed, such as clearing snow from roads and parking lots during severe weather conditions.

 What You Will Need:

• Minimum of 1 year of previous snow removal experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of proven experience operating skid steer equipment.
• Ability to work in cold, demanding conditions with changing schedules.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Compensation for this position is $35.00 hourly
