Planning your territory and accounts to crush your goals.
Hosting tastings, supplier events, and the occasional wine dinner.
Spotting opportunities, solving challenges, and asking for the sale.
Managing inventory, placing accurate orders, and keeping things running smoothly.
Staying sharp on trends, competitors, and what’s hot in the market.
Rolling up your sleeves when needed - nights, weekends, and events are all part of the mix.
What You Bring to the Table
A passion for the wine & spirits world (bonus points for industry certifications like CSS, CSW, CWE).
3–5 years of sales or hospitality experience or distribution experience.
Confidence in talking numbers - margins, pricing, promotions.
A natural ability to connect with people and influence decisions.
Strong organizational skills - you know how to juggle multiple accounts and priorities.
Comfort with tech (smartphone apps, reporting tools, POS materials).
A valid driver’s license, insurance, and a solid driving record.
