Here at Buck Mason, we're all about transparency and fairness, especially when it comes to compensation. While the base salary range for this role is $18-$23 per hour, your total compensation package may include bonuses and other perks tailored to your performance and dedication to our craft.


Responsibilities:
  • Customer service is your second nature: ensure a best in class experience by helping customers with waters, running a smooth checkout experience, and responding proactively to unexpected circumstances.
  • Accurately and efficiently operate the POS system and cash register.
  • Maintain the shop's aesthetic and create an organized and clean sales floor by folding clothes, straightening displays and racks, and refilling product.
  • Process various forms of payment, including cash, credit/debit cards, gift cards, and store credits.
  • Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policy.
  • Maintain an accurate cash drawer, counting and balancing it at the beginning and end of each shift.
  • Bag or package customer purchases carefully and efficiently.
  • You create the first and last impression: our customers come to you for a perfect welcome and a seamless finish.


    • Required Skills
  • Can rock a POS system and handle basic computer tasks with ease.
  • Know your numbers: you have strong math skills for accurate cash handling.
  • Charming as all get-out – you know how to make customers feel like VIPs.
  • Work occurs on a variable schedule which could include early mornings, mornings, afternoons, evenings, late nights or overnights as well as weekends and holidays.
