About the role:
The Senior Director, Partner Marketing will lead our global partner marketing strategy and drive revenue growth through our ecosystem of reseller partners, system integrators, and technology alliances with hyper-scalers. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role involves building and executing joint go-to-market programs, accelerating partner recruitment, and amplifying our brand through partner-led demand generation. The position requires close collaboration with partner sales, enablement, product marketing, and demand generation teams to create scalable programs that maximize pipeline creation and revenue delivery through our partner ecosystem.
Your contribution will be:
Partner Marketing Strategy & Leadership
- Define and execute the global partner marketing strategy to support revenue, pipeline, and ecosystem growth objectives.
- Lead a team of partner marketing managers, providing mentorship, performance management, and professional development.
- Align with partner, sales, broader marketing, and product leaders to prioritize partner types and markets for maximum business impact.
- Develop and launch joint value propositions, messaging, and solution positioning with key partners.
Go-to-Market & Pipeline Growth
- Create and manage integrated go-to-market plans, including campaigns, events, content, and digital initiatives with partners.
- Design scalable partner-led demand generation programs, from MDF utilization to joint campaigns and digital marketing.
- Track, measure, and optimize partner marketing programs to ensure impact on pipeline and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with revenue operations to build dashboards that clearly demonstrate ROI of partner marketing investments.
Partner Engagement & Experience
- Strengthen partner relationships through effective communications, engagement programs, and joint success stories.
- Partner with Product Marketing to develop partner-facing assets, case studies, solution briefs, and co-branded campaigns.
- Drive co-selling motions by enabling partner account managers and field sellers with the right tools, training, and materials.
- Enhance the partner portal, marketing automation, and enablement tools to drive partner adoption and success.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with corporate marketing, demand gen, product marketing, enablement and regional field teams to align partner marketing with broader brand and growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with partner operations on program design, incentives, and MDF strategies.
- Influence executive stakeholders with data-driven insights into partner marketing performance and opportunities.
To be successful, we think you need:
- 12+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with at least 5 years in partner or ecosystem marketing leadership roles.
- Deep understanding of SaaS partner ecosystems (channel partners/VARs, SIs, technology alliances/hyper-scalers).
- Proven track record of building and scaling partner marketing programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and growing high-performing teams.
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and executive communication skills.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in marketing automation, CRM, and partner management tools (Salesforce, partner portals, Marketo etc.).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with both strategic and hands-on execution responsibilities.

Target Compensation Range (US ONLY): 228,000 - 293,000 USD annually. On target compensation refers to the base salary and applicable variable target for this role. The range is an estimate, base pay will ultimately be decided at the offer stage, based on an individual candidate's skills and experience aligned with the needs of the role. Base pay may vary based on several factors including geographic location, role specific qualifications, and seniority. Nintex also offers a competitive benefits package including paid time off, twelve paid holidays, 401(k) with employer match, and more.
