Description

• Active Directory and Office 365 administration. Decommissioning of users and addition of users. Reset of MFA for Office 365 accounts. Setup for remote access with either Servoyant system or SSL VPN accounts. AD server migrations. Must know how to prep forest and domain as well as transfer AD roles. AD DNS, DHCP.
• Hyper-V  hosts. Setting up guests and establishing replication.
• Standard server implementations and in-place upgrades (eg from 2012 r2 to 2019).
• SonicWall firewalls. We replace SonicWall firewalls regularly. From out-of-box setup with clean config to replacements (importing and exporting configuration). Service renewal, firmware upgrades, setup of SSL VPN services. Knowledge of implementing or changing access-rule permissions. Adding address objects.
• HP ProLiant Server line and iLO cards.
• Monitoring  server backups for clients via a variety of backup solutions.
• Network administration: Knowledge of networks and being able to obtain information with little information being provided by the client. Knowing how to do an IP scan and identify devices on a network. Providing network diagrams.
• Basic troubleshooting of on-premises Exchange server, tracking messages and verifying if an email has left their organization or if it’s being blocked  by the recipient. (We use Securence for most of our clients.)
• Online  tools to check MX records. Knows how to set up all the appropriate MX  records. Knowledge of common hosting providers and ability to make changes  to DNS records.
• Supporting  Cisco firewalls that handle the site-to-site VPN connections for all our  independent doctors’ offices to access Epic.
• Assisting  sales team with providing the appropriate solutions for clients, such as  network, server or backup hardware.
• Assisting  A&T team when performing vulnerability scans and penetration tests.
• Discovering  end-of-life products or services and notifying the sales team for quotes.
• Using  a Windows Deployment server to image new computers.

Project Management

• Keeping  track of weekly timesheets. Approving time sheets and recording time into project tracker spreadsheet. Auditing monthly invoices and making sure  everything is billed properly.
• Interviewing  and vetting contractors for projects. This includes onboarding of  contractors with Agilant and client teams. This would include setup of  Agilant email addresses and submitting contingent worker form with  headshot to be onboarded at client.
• Handling  small projects such as new facility moves and upgrades that go beyond  routine service. This involves working with other vendors (for example  low-voltage cabling) and internet service providers. Writing scope of work with estimated hours and what material is needed to complete the project.

Other                                

• Having  initiative and drive to take whatever means are necessary to complete the  assignment.
• Being  prepared for some travel to/from client sites around Chicagoland.
• Presenting oneself positively in order to create a good impression to the client on  behalf of Agilant.
