Team Global Express is seeking a proactive and experienced Assurance & Standards Manager to lead our subcontractor compliance and risk assurance program.
In this key leadership role, you’ll:
Oversee and continuously improve our Delivery Partner Compliance Assurance Program
Lead a team of auditors and manage risk through audits, investigations, and partner engagement
Ensure compliance with WHS, CoR, and industrial instruments
Advocate for fair, lawful treatment of subcontracted partners during reviews and investigations
Partner with Legal, ER/IR, Safety and Union reps to resolve issues transparently
We’re looking for someone with:
7+ years in compliance, risk or audit (preferably in transport/logistics)
Strong knowledge of industrial relations, including Awards & EAs
Investigative experience involving IR and safety matters
Excellent stakeholder and team leadership skills
