What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute a sales strategy aligned with business goals.
- Identify and convert opportunities into profitable business.
- Build strong relationships with end customers, consultants, and contractors.
- Prepare and negotiate value-driven proposals.
- Manage your pipeline using CRM tools for accurate forecasting.
- Stay ahead of market trends and customer needs.
What We’re Looking For
- 7–12 years in a sales role, ideally in industrial equipment or process technology.
- Experience with High-Speed Separators and/or Decanter Centrifuges is highly regarded.
- Strong technical aptitude, negotiation skills, and a proven track record in business growth.
- Comfortable using CRM and digital tools.
