Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the brand ambassador for The Riverbend Hotel, ensuring luxury-level guest experiences

• Manage daily hotel operations with an emphasis on high-touch service and boutique hospitality standards

• Oversee financial performance including budgets, forecasts, and expense controls

• Recruit, train, and mentor associates with a focus on personalized guest interaction and service excellence

• Build and maintain vendor and local community relationships to support a luxury boutique offering

• Respond to guest concerns promptly, delivering creative solutions with discretion and grace

• Oversee property asset preservation including maintenance, furnishings, and capital projects

• Ensure compliance with brand standards, boutique service expectations, inspections, and health/safety regulations

• Lead with a balance of creativity, innovation, and operational discipline

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Assistant General Manager or higher, with luxury or boutique hotel experience strongly preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred

• Demonstrated leadership in boutique or lifestyle properties with a passion for crafting unique guest experiences

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative management style

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

• Financial acumen and ability to analyze boutique hotel performance metrics

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
