  • Build capability across the domain in DevOps ways of working, acting as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to engineering and delivery teams.
  • Drive cross-team alignment on tooling, patterns and environment management to reduce friction and improve delivery velocity.

About you and your skills

  • 5-7 years of experience in DevOps, site reliability engineering or platform operations, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or management capacity.
  • Proven track record designing and scaling DevOps practices across multiple teams or squads in a large, complex technology environment.

  • Deep technical expertise in CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, monitoring, and cloud platform management across production-grade environments.
  • Strong leadership, coaching and team development skills, with a focus on building a high-performance and collaborative engineering culture.
  • Excellent problem-solving and incident management capabilities, with a calm, data-driven approach to diagnosing and resolving production issues.
  • Strong understanding of security and compliance principles, including identity/access management, secure pipelines and audit traceability.
