Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles

- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and explain features and benefits

- Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate terms

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, pricing, and promotions

- Follow up with potential and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business

- Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently

- Collaborate with the service and finance departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in automotive sales or retail sales preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities

- Customer-focused attitude with a professional appearance

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales or automotive training is a plus
