The Asset and Wealth Management (AWM) Events Team partners with AWM Business to deliver consistent, high-caliber, high-touch client events. These events focus on net-new client acquisition, increasing flows, and building stronger client relationships while building our brand. You will have the opportunity to directly support the Head of AWM Events Special Programs in addition to partnering with Private Bank (PB) Event Planners and PB Marketing Creative Services Team. You will work on multiple projects simultaneously, ranging from signature global events, to small intimate programs, and AWM CEO’s priority projects.
As the Creative Designer Associate within the Asset and Wealth Management (AWM) Events Team, you will have the opportunity to directly support the Head of AWM Events Special Programs in addition to partnering with Private Bank (PB) Event Planners and PB Marketing Creative Services Team. Your involvement will span across multiple projects simultaneously, ranging from signature global events, to small intimate programs, and priority projects. You are a meticulous Creative Designer who will create visually stunning assets that not only align to brand standards but also elevate the overall experience for our clients. You blend exceptional design skills with a deep understanding of luxury aesthetics and the art of client-centric storytelling. You will manage creative direction from multiple stakeholders to finalize creative design deliverables. You will own production execution ensuring vendors and PB Marketing Creative Services partners deliver at PB standard.
Job responsibilities
- Understand business objectives and deliver collateral from inception through production on time, on budget
- Create captivating designs, print, digital, banded promotional items in line with brand identify while allowing project specific creativity
- Present and articulate design concepts to stakeholders, explaining the creative story
- Coordinate required stakeholder’s approvals
- Prepare final artwork and oversee quality control from design through delivery
- Manage vendors and PB Marketing Creative Services partners ensuring high-quality, holistic execution of projects
- Working on special events and projects for the AWM CEO, including global mailings
- Provide timely status updates to stakeholders and senior management
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- 7+years of experience of professional design
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, or related field
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
- Exceptional typography, layout, and branding skills
- Must be able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines in high pressure environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to liaise with senior leadership
- Excellent organization skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a passion for creating flawless client experiences
- Individual contributor, collaborative team player
- Positive attitude and flexibility to adapt as business priorities shift and change
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Knowledge of digital design tools like Figma or Canvas
