The Role + Purpose:
Affiliate & Creator Commerce
- Support creator recruitment, communication, and tracking for affiliate programs including but not limited to ShopMy, LTK and ShopStyle
- Partner with internal teams and external platforms to maintain updated product links, align on product or category priorities, track performance metrics, and report on ROI
- Manage 100+ product send outs per month to drive monthly performance through gifting programs and paid campaigns
- Identify grassroots opportunities to drive channel growth without sacrificing ROI
Organic Social Media & Community Management
- Manage the day-to-day organic social calendar, including scheduling, publishing, and monitoring across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
Influencer & Creator Marketing
- Support the planning and execution of quarterly brand campaigns across paid and organic influencer programs
- Track deliverables, usage rights, and timelines to ensure all influencer partnerships (30+ macro-mega influencers) launch on schedule
- Assist in influencer outreach, product seeding, contract management, and performance tracking for other brand touchpoints throughout the year
Store Marketing
- Coordinate local store marketing efforts including community and influencer partnerships
- Support execution of influencer tests, through creator research, vetting, contracting and deliverable fulfillment
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure creative delivery of assets needed for paid support of all campaigns
- Outreach and coordination of new store opening activations
- Manage and execute new store opening barricades which includes coordination of site surveys, briefing creative, center approvals, and install
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure content alignment to brand voice in addition to the production and timely delivery of all creative assets
- Monitor social media channels for trends, audience questions, and UGC opportunities, escalating or responding as needed to drive community engagement

Hourly Range: $22.98 - $26.44At J.Crew Group (JCG) we aim to pay competitively for our company’s size and industry. The base salary offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region of work premises, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. The base salary is just one component of J.Crew Group’s competitive total rewards strategy that also includes the opportunity for bonus, competitive benefits and perks.
