Join a fast-paced team committed to sustainability and safety. Help sort, process, and prepare recyclable materials for shipment � all while keeping quality and efficiency top of mind.
What You�ll Do:
- Operate balers and sort recyclable materials
- Meet production goals in a hands-on, physical role
- Maintain safety, cleanliness, and quality standards
- Support product reclamation and team operations
What You Bring:
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive tasks
- Experience with pallet jacks, balers, or forklifts a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Positive attitude and team spirit
