Why We Need Your Talents:
Laundry Attendant will be responsible for cleaning and the distribution of the cleaning supplies needed for the Guest Room Attendants and the Houseman. They will wash shower curtains, pillows, shower mats, bath rugs, robes, etc.... Once these items have been washed and dried they will take them to the appropriate storing area. They will also assist with maintaining a portion of the back stage area.
Responsibilities:
Where You'll Make an Impact:
- Washing of the following in house items:
- Rags/other cleaning materials
- Shower curtains
- Bath rugs
- Guest robes
- Pillows
- Shower mats
- Towels
- Restaurant Napkins
- Clean the back staged Team Member area near the laundry space
- Bring items once cleaned to the storage location
Skills to Help You Succeed:
- Ability to read, follows instructions, and understands visual aids.
- Ability to operate washer and dryer
- Knowledge of safety guidelines.
- Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressure in an interruptive environment.
Must-Haves:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Able to communicate using a two-way radio with ear piece
- Able to stand and/or walk up to 7 ½ hours per shift.
- Able to stoop, crouch, and kneel.
- Able to reach with arms.
- Use of stairs and elevators
