Job Functions: 

• Finalize presentation of each plate and ensure quality and specifications of orders.
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to stay calm under pressure. 
• Act as point of contact between Front of the House and Back of the House staff. 
• Maintains a clean station at all times and performs assigned side work duties such as stocking plates, ramekins, silverware, to-go supplies, and ingredients.  
• Prioritize timing of food with cooks through thorough communication.
• Package food for all take out orders. 
• Strong knowledge of all menu items, daily/monthly specials, and prices.
• Works to ensure a clean and sanitary work area at all times. 
• Adhere to and follows all safe food handling and health department procedures.
• Completes all side work and other duties as assigned in a timely manner. 
• Ensures that all guests and co-workers are treated in a prompt, professional and courteous manner. 
• Must be willing to work all shifts.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.  
• Remains up to date on all Departmental Policies, Procedures, and Casino Promotions. 
• Complies with all departmental rules, side work assignments, and departmental procedures. 
• Performs all other duties specified or assigned.

Job Requirements: 

• Team player with positive attitude.
• Must be able to lift at least twenty (20) pounds at one time and grip necessary items.
• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time as well as bend, stoop, and twist.
• Must possess outstanding interpersonal communications skills to effectively interface with guests and team members.
• Possesses ability to work under pressure.
• Prior experience is helpful as well as a proven track record demonstrating sound judgment.
• Is always clean and neat, in proper uniform, including nametag, I. D. badge, and slip resistant
• Ability to communicate with Team members and guests.
• Ability to successfully fulfill the pre-employment process.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays.
• Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing.
