As our Contracts Engineer, you’ll: 

  • Be the main point of contact for customer orders
  • Ensure accurate sales order processing
  • Advocate for customer needs across departments
  • Provide timely updates and essential documentation
  • Support audits, continuous improvement, and team collaboration

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is calm under pressure and thrives independently
  • Has a sharp eye for detail and a customer-first mindset
  • Communicates clearly and works well across teams

Qualifications:

Essential

  •  Communication skills
  •  Interpersonal skills
  •  I.T skills – Microsoft Office
  •  Organisational skills – able to prioritise
  •  Good general education (numerate and literate)

 

Desirable

  •  Excel, Word, Outlook
  •  Negotiation skills
  •  Experience in a manufacturing/engineering environment
  •  Experience in a contractual environment
  •  Good technical, mechanical and electrical knowledge
