Job Description:
  • Providing customer service
  • Answering phones and emails
  • Booking appointments
  • Assisting in dispatching drivers and loads for the terminal
  • Working with daily inbound/outbound shipments and planning service for each accordingly
  • Vacation relief for OSD and Dispatch
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of transportation services
  • Can work in fast pace environment
  • Geographical knowledge of the area
  • Quick learner
  • Leadership skills
