Timberline Oral Surgery & Dental Implants is seeking an experienced Treatment Coordinator for our South Hill office. This is a full-time role (4–5 days per week) supporting patients through their surgical journey.

You will be responsible for the following:

• Coordinate consultations, scheduling, insurance, and treatment plans

• Communicate with clarity and compassion to patients and families

• Partner with providers and team members to ensure seamless care

You will be required to possess the following:

• Dental or oral surgery coordination experience (minimum 1–2 years preferred)

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• A professional, patient-first mindset
