McLane Global Cybersecurity Administrator is responsible for securing and monitoring all IT systems, integrations, and cloud environments supporting enterprise operations. This role ensures the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data by implementing security controls, enforcing access policies, conducting monitoring activities, and maintaining compliance with federal cybersecurity frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Access Control & Identity Management
  • Configure and enforce Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
  • Provision and deprovision user accounts in compliance with security policies.
  • Perform regular access reviews and audits.
  • Security Operations & Monitoring
  • Monitor systems for vulnerabilities, intrusions, and suspicious activities using SIEM and monitoring tools.
  • Maintain log collection, retention, and reporting across ERP, TMS, and cloud environments.
  • Respond to security incidents, escalating as necessary, and lead remediation activities.
  • Cybersecurity Compliance
  • Implement and maintain controls aligned with FISMA, NIST 800-53/171, and FedRAMP standards.
  • Support the development of the System Security Plan (SSP), security assessments, and risk registers.
  • Ensure all external IT service providers meet required cybersecurity standards.
  • Infrastructure Security
  • Secure integrations between ERP (D365 F&O), TMS, Azure, and Power BI platforms.
  • Conduct vulnerability scans, penetration tests, and system hardening activities.
  • Ensure encryption of data in transit and at rest.
  • Incident Response & Business Continuity
  • Maintain the Incident Response Plan and lead investigations when security issues arise.
  • Support business continuity and disaster recovery planning (RTO/RPO compliance).
  • Conduct annual security drills and mock recall/incident exercises.
  • Reporting & Documentation
  • Generate periodic security compliance and audit reports.
  • Document all changes, incidents, and remediation activities.
  • Provide input to leadership and auditors on cybersecurity posture and risk management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in system security administration.
  • Strong knowledge of identity management, RBAC, and MFA solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with SIEM tools, intrusion detection, and vulnerability management.
  • Familiarity with NIST 800-53/171, FISMA, and FedRAMP frameworks.
  • Experience securing Microsoft environments (Azure, Dynamics 365, Power BI).
  • CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting large-scale ERP/TMS integrations.
  • Background in federal or compliance-driven IT environments.
